detailed attention comfortable stay friendly staff great trip
the staff planned and organized trips very well! amy, holly, and kathy. i found great attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel. i loved how friendly and accommodating everyone was .
the hotel seemed a bit stingy with drinking water for a more upscale hotel in the area. i found this slightly inconvenient.

beautiful hotel enormous room free bikes
the hotel is very beautiful and well kept. the room was enormous and had everything i could need. the location was easy to reach interesting places by bicycle, with free bikes provided. the staff was very helpful, from the reception to the cleaning crew.
the breakfast was mediocre, and there were some public announcements in the afternoon, which woke us up.

the restaurant offers a good variety, with western food available if you prefer that to asian cuisine. breakfast features many choices that should satisfy most guests, though quality could be improved a bit. staff are attentive in the breakfast area.

the staff provided an really good service. i especially appreciated ame and katty's attentiveness. they anticipated my needs and ensured a seamless stay. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles with locks. the security team was helpful with bike assistance.
i found the location a bit isolated. i found it necessary to rely on taxis to reach key attractions. shuttle availability could enhance accessibility to different areas.
